Burnout can be defined as a state of mental, emotional or physical exhaustion which is caused by excessive stress levels. This stress often comes from stressful work, but may also be due to private issues. Burnout has become a big problem over the past decades.
An increasing number of people is no longer able to deal with their stress level and therefore suffer from several adverse health effects.
